Carnival Row (2016)

A Game of Thrones type fantasy series in this vein it has plenty of gratuitous sex and violence (entrails being de rigor in modern tv). Love Orlando Bloom, very convincing as detective with a secret.

Was a bit of a slow burn to begin with but by the final episode the most complete of the lot the show feels set for a much grander scale in season 2 for what was already a thoroughly interesting and engaging season 1. Can't wait already fantastic special effects and scenery throughout also make it feel magical.
